Purchase Terms & Conditions

Media Production Purchase Terms & Conditions

These Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase of media production services from Mosley Strategy Group LLC (“MSG”). By purchasing services, the purchaser (“Client”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Payment Authorization

Payment in full is required before any interview or production service is scheduled. By completing payment, the Client confirms they are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction for custom digital media production services provided by MSG.

Client agrees that billing questions or service concerns will first be addressed directly with MSG and agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for services properly delivered under this Agreement. Initiating a chargeback after services have been delivered or production resources have been reserved constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and MSG may pursue recovery of unpaid amounts, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal expenses permitted by law.

2. Digital Service Acknowledgment

Client acknowledges that MSG provides custom digital media production services and that services begin immediately upon purchase. Production requires reserving studio time, production scheduling, and editing resources. Client will receive an approximately 15-minute interview conducted by an experienced host on the show “Meet The Experts,” conducted either remotely or in-studio at our location in Henrico County, Virginia. This interview is created based on the client’s answers to their pre-interview questionnaire, with the host granted additional creative license to engage the guest in conversation that enhances the quality of the interview.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued if MSG fails to deliver the agreed production service due solely to MSG’s inability to perform.

Refunds will not be issued for client cancellations, scheduling conflicts, delays in providing materials, missed appointments, or changes in client preferences after production begins.

4. Scheduling & Missed Appointments

Media production services require reserved studio time and production resources.

If Client fails to attend a scheduled interview or recording session without providing at least 24 hours notice, the session may be forfeited. Rescheduling may require an additional production fee at MSG’s discretion.

5. Deliverables

MSG will deliver the completed interview within 7–10 business days after the recording session and receipt of all required materials from the Client.

6. Revisions

Client may request up to two (2) post-production revisions at no additional cost. Revisions are limited to edits such as graphics or text changes that do not require re-recording. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

7. Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership and usage rights to the finished media product. MSG retains the right to use the finished product, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes across websites, advertising, and social media.

8. Client Materials

Client represents that all materials provided to MSG are owned or properly licensed and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

MSG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the media content. MSG’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

10. Force Majeure

MSG is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, equipment failure, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Virginia, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between MSG and the Client regarding the services purchased and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
